1. Entry to the traffic town and games house and use of services in the kids area is subject to a fee according to the current price list.
2. Children staying in the kids area are the responsibility of the parent. The parent or guardian accompanying the child is responsible for any injuries that may occur during your time here.
3. In order for you to spend time in the games house more comfortably and to keep the play area clean, please take off your outerwear and shoes.
4. The cloakroom in the games house is public, be kind and responsible for your own personal belongings.
5. We maintain cleanliness and order in the games house and elsewhere on the territory:
• eating and drinking takes place only in the dining room designated for this purpose;
• after playing and before leaving, we put the toys back to their original location;
• we ask that all toys that are indoors be kept indoors.
6. Use the kitchen responsibly, keep it clean and return any dishes borrowed from the kitchen to their original place before leaving.
7. In the case of group bookings, other customers may be present at the kids area at the same time. Booking a group event does not guarantee a private event for the customer!
8. The traffic town has been created for traffic education purposes and activities in the outdoor area follow the principles of the Traffic Act. Any abusive and dangerous activity and excessive speeding are prohibited.
9. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the territory of the kids area. Smoking is permitted on the territory of LaitseRallyPark only in designated and marked areas.
10. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only at closed events and by prior agreement.
11. If a visitor to the kids area has proven to be malicious and has become intrusive or dangerous to their companions with their behavior, the LaitseRallyPark employee has the right to call them to order and, if necessary, expel them from the territory, without refunding the entrance fee.
12. The client is responsible for any damage caused by them and will compensate the administrator or fellow citizen accordingly.
13. Additional services ordered for the party within the event (characters, performers, magicians, etc.) must be coordinated with LaitseRallyPark when booking the event!
