I have came to LaitseRallyPark* race arena of my own accord and voluntarily;
I am not under the influence of alcoholic or narcotic substances. I will not use alcoholic or narcotic substances before operating the automobile on the race arena nor during the stay on the territory of LaitseRallyPark;
My health condition and driving skills enable safe use and operation of the automobile on LaitseRallyPark premises;
As an authorized driver, I discharge LaitseRallyPark’s individuals of any liability for possible material and non-material loss or damage, or personal injury that is caused or arising from the use and operation of the automobile during the rental;
I am absolutely liable for the hazards related to use and operation of my own automobile in use and refrain from any financial or non financial claims against LaitseRallyPark;
I am fully responsible of the condition of the special equipment allocated in my possession and will return them on agreed time in the same condition;
I am liable for any LaitseRallyPark and third party claims of loss or damage caused by my activity, lack of activity or skills during the time spent on the track according to the calculations and invoice;
I am an adult and competent. I have read and agree with the terms and conditions above.
