LaitseRallyPark* is committed to protecting the privacy of its customers and users. Accordingly, we have prepared this Privacy Policy, which covers the collection, use, disclosure, transfer and storage of customer data. Our activities on the Internet comply with all relevant activities and the relevant legislation of the European Union and the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
Collection and use of personal data
Personal data are data that can be specifically or indirectly linked to you as a private individual, which LaitseRallyPark collects and processes in order to perform a contract concluded with an individual or to contact him or her and to fulfill obligations arising from the law.
Collection of personal data of a regular customer may take place in the following ways:
• by submitting contact information (including your name, personal identification number, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, preferred method of contact) on our website;
• when using the website from the customer’s contact information or via cookies;
• when making a purchase or order in our online store, when storing personal contact information or purchase preferences.
Collection of other data
We also collect non-personal data – data that cannot be directly linked to a specific person (gender, age, language preference, location).
We may also collect data about customer activities on our website. This data is aggregated and used to provide more useful information to customers and to learn which parts of the website, products and services are most interesting. Aggregated data is treated as non-personal data in this privacy policy.
Use and storage of collected personal data
We can use the collected personal data to inform customers about LaitseRallyPark news, campaigns and upcoming events. A customer who does not want to be on our newsletter list or receive notifications about products that may interest them can remove themselves from the target group of recipients at any time.
We also use the collected personal data to deliver products and gift cards and to fulfill our obligations to the customer.
By agreeing to the terms of the Privacy Policy, the customer gives LaitseRallyPark consent to the automated processing of their data. You can always withdraw your consent via our website or by making a written reproducible statement. The statement or withdrawal of consent has no retroactive effect.
In order to better serve the customer, LaitseRallyPark may disclose information about individual users to a third party that provides services to LaitseRallyPark and has contractually committed to keeping the shared information confidential. LaitseRallyPark is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Montonio Finance OÜ. Another third party is, for example, our partner, whose tasks are the transport of gift cards sold in the online store.
LaitseRallyPark retains the customer’s personal data until the customer relationship is terminated. Data that LaitseRallyPark is obliged to retain pursuant to legislation (e.g. accounting data) is retained by LaitseRallyPark in accordance with the requirements set out in legislation.
Changing the collected personal data
The customer can change and supplement the personal data collected to identify and contact the customer by contacting LaitseRallyPark at the following e-mail address: info@laitserallypark.ee.

Protection of personal data
LaitseRallyPark takes all precautions (including administrative, technical and physical measures) to protect the customer’s personal data. Only authorized persons have access to change and process the data.
If you suspect that your personal data has been processed contrary to what is described in this privacy policy or there is a risk that your data has been leaked to third parties, please inform us immediately. This is the only way we can keep the potential damage to a minimum.
The customer has the right to demand the termination of the processing of their data, information about the use of the data and the transfer of the data to themselves or a third party in a commonly used format. To prevent misuse of customer data and rights, requests are only allowed to be submitted in a form where the applicant’s identity is identifiable (digitally signed). We have the right to respond to such requests within 30 days.
Security
All customer personal data obtained during the visit to the LaitseRallyPark e-shop and during the purchase process is treated as confidential information. An encrypted data communication channel with banks ensures the security of the buyer’s personal data and bank details.

By using our website or making a purchase in the online store, you have read and accepted these principles and terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions of the privacy policy if necessary, but we will do our best to keep our privacy policy up-to-date and available to you on our website.
