Starting on Saturday, 1 August, visitors to the Automaja at LaitseRallyPark will have the opportunity every Saturday to explore Iconic Formula 1, an exhibition showcasing the history of the world’s premier motorsport series.

The exhibition panels trace the origins of Grand Prix racing, beginning with the first race officially bearing the name Grand Prix, held 120 years ago in 1906, and continuing to the inaugural Formula One World Championship race at Silverstone, Great Britain, in 1950. Motorsport enthusiasts will also discover when the Constructors’ Championship was introduced, during which years the legendary Indianapolis 500 was included in the Formula One World Championship calendar (1950–1960), and many other fascinating milestones.

The exhibition also features profiles of every Formula One World Champion, highlights the sport’s most significant records, and celebrates the achievements of the two most successful constructors in Formula One history, Ferrari and McLaren. In addition, visitors can look back at the 2025 season, which marked the 75th anniversary of the Formula One World Championship, as well as preview the current season.

The Auto House will open its doors on 1 August at 12:00 noon, with the exhibition’s curator, Aare Arula, present to introduce the display to visitors.
